I see your face break into a smile
Rays of moonlight shine brightly
Surrounding us in a world of ours
Binding us in a link too strong.

Your eyes twinkle and gleam in the dark
Seeing this my heart flutters
Knowing the happiness you bear
Is the happiness I feel.

Looking up at your smiling eyes
I suddenly realize how lucky I am
To know you’re mine in this way
To hold and love on Valentine’s Day.

You’re an angel sent from above
One sent for me to care and love
I never expected to be blessed with you
Cause I thought I was living a life in blue.

Then one day you came into my life
And vanished all my problems and strife
You’ve made me realize so many things
The pain and happiness love brings.

You’ve been there for me
As true a true friend could be
We became best friends and all
And we decided it was love our heart’s call.

So this special Valentines Day
I look to tell you this in a special way
How you’ve made me feel
And how you’ve made my heart reel.

However far I look, I realize
Deep in my heart I emphasize
Though the love I may barely say
My love for you grows day by day.
